Five rooted practices, woven into one path.
Internal Family Systems
IFS is a transformative, evidence-based approach that views the mind as made up of distinct "parts," each with its own perspective and role. Rather than pathologizing symptoms, IFS helps clients develop compassion for every part of themselves and access their core Self — a place of calm, clarity, and connection.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
KAP combines the neuroplastic effects of ketamine with the depth of psychotherapy to support clients who feel stuck or have not found relief through traditional approaches. At Resilient Parts, clients self-administer ketamine troches based on a prescription from our collaborating prescriber. We provide preparation, in-session therapeutic support, and integration sessions to help clients make meaning of and build on their experience.
EMDR
EMDR is a highly researched, evidence-based therapy designed to help people process and heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. Through bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows the brain to reprocess stuck memories so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. This modality supports clients navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and more.
Play Therapy
Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate therapeutic approach for children and teens ages 4–18. Through play, children express what they may not yet have words for, process difficult experiences, and build emotional resilience. We integrate play therapy with IFS to support young clients in a safe, creative, and relational environment.
Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) — Couples Therapy
IFIO is an IFS-based couples therapy approach developed by Toni Herbine-Blank. It helps partners understand how their internal parts show up in relationship dynamics, fostering deeper intimacy, safety, and connection. Marie is IFIO Level 2 trained, bringing a sophisticated understanding of couples work rooted in the IFS framework.
